Refund Policy — Amin Jewellers

Please note: the weight of your item(s) may fluctuate by up to 0.1 grams. This may be lower or higher than the item description. Although we weigh items carefully, on occasion scale calibration may differ by 0.1g.

At Amin Jewellers, we follow a meticulous product inspection process prior to shipment. We are pleased to offer customers the opportunity to request refunds within 14 days from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, all items must be returned in their original condition, complete with intact security tags and gift boxes, and must show no signs of prior usage. We kindly request photographic evidence of the tags still attached to facilitate verification. If the product is non-faulty, the customer is responsible for covering the return postage fees.

Please note: Transactions flagged by 3D Secure will require ID verification before orders are dispatched.

Any item that is altered in design, size, or in any other capacity will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items sent back with the security tag removed will not be accepted.


Damages and issues

We conduct a thorough quality-assurance process before sending out any items. However, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (special orders or personalised items). We also do not accept returns for skin-penetrating items, such as earrings and studs. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or card company to process and post the refund.
